For Today
Outside my window . . . 43 degrees and gray and dreary. I'll be glad when Spring comes back.
I am thinking . . . that when we as Christians get really serious about prayer we will begin to see things we never dreamed of before.
I am thankful . . . for a God who hears and answers prayer.
I the kitchen . . . I made Homemade Granola earlier today. At the moment there is chicken baking in the oven for dinner.
I am going . . . Michael was scheduled to have physical therapy this evening but his therapist called and canceled. Soon after she called my friend called and asked if I could take her to work this evening and then pick her up again after work.
Around the house . . . there are lots of busy people - playing, working, and learning.
I am pondering . . . His Eternal Power and Divine Nature.
A favorite quote for today . . . Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family. Whatever it is you need one. ~ Jane Howard
Ah, spring. When it's gone we want it back and when it's here we wish for something else. Or, is that summer. I guess it could be all of the seasons. At any rate, I do hope it warms before we arrive. :-)
ReplyDeleteYes, we humans do have a bad habit of always wishing for something other than what we have, don't we?
