Banana Cake

1 3/4 cups margarine
3 cups self-rising flour
6 ripe bananas
4 tablespoons milk
1 cup white sugar
4 eggs, separated

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans. Beat eggs whites until very stiff. Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat the egg yolks with the milk; stir into creamed mixture. Fold in bananas. Fold flour into creamed mixture. Carefully fold in the egg whites. Pour batter into the prepared pans. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Turn out onto wire rack, and cool. Slice and serve.
