2 lbs ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup baking mix
1 cup milk
4 eggs
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray. In skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat, stirring frequently. Drain. Stir in salt. Spread in baking pan, sprinkle with cheese.
Stir all remaining ingredients in a bowl until blended. Pour over meat and cheese.
Bake about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
