Menu Plan: Monday January 22 - Saturday January 28

Breakfasts
Monday - Friday: Cereal, Milk, Fruit
Saturday Brunch: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Glazed Doughnut Muffins, Pineapple, Milk, Coffee

Lunches
Monday: Beef and Cheese Biscuits, Corn, Peaches
Tuesday: Sandwiches and Fruit, or, Leftovers
Wednesday: Cheesy Jambalaya, Peas, Fruit Cocktail (Amanda)*
Thursday  - Pizza Pasta, Corn, Peaches (Austin)*
Friday - Chicken Salad Sandwiches, Strawberries and Blueberries, Celery Sticks

Dinners
Monday: Chicken Patties,Cheesy Shells, Green Beans, Salad (Amanda)*
Tuesday: Hotdogs, French Fries, Peaches (Austin)*
Wednesday: Dinner at Church
Thursday: Crock Pot Baked Potato Soup, Veggies and Dip, Biscuits
Friday: Hamburger Noodle Casserole, Hash Browns, Peaches (CJ)*

Snacks
Pretzels
Smoothies
Graham Crackers
Blueberry Bars
Cereal Bars
Bananas
Cake

* Each week Austin, Amanda and CJ are responsible for planning, shopping for and preparing two meals (CJ also made us pizza and salad Sunday evening)

  1. Your menu looks great. I need to get my kids cooking meals again. I think it all fell behind when school started and got into full swing.
