Beef and Cheese Biscuits

We made these for lunch and enjoyed them.

1/2 lb ground beef, browned and drained
3/4 cup grated cheese
2 cans (10 count) refrigerated biscuits

Mix together the browned beef and the cheese. Seperate the biscuits and roll each one in the meat mixture, mixing the meat and cheese into the biscuit.

Place in greased muffin pan and bake according to biscuit directions.

Enjoy!

We ate these with butter but I think they would also be good with gravy.
