This week I decided to try a variation of Apple Cinnamon Slow Cooker Oats and see how we like it. I loaded mine down with brown sugar ( I love brown sugar) and poured some milk over it and it was delicious!
1 cup steel cut oats
3 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can apple pie filling
Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker and cook for 6 - 8 hours on low.
