Our breakfasts are typically cereal, fruit and juice and Amanda usually fixes a simple lunch during the week so this menu is mainly dinners. We've been blessed recently with a whole turkey given to us by a friend and it is going to be the base for my menu this week.

THURSDAY - Chicken Tetrazzini, (made with turkey), Salad, Fresh Fruit, Homemade Bread (sharing Tetrazzini with my sister and family)
FRIDAY - Main dish from my sister, Salad, Bread
SATURDAY - Fried Eggs, Sausage, Fresh Fruit, Fried Potatoes, Grits, Juice
