Banana Carrot Bread

2-3 very ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups melted butter
4 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups finely grated carrot

Beat together bananas, brown sugar, melted butter and eggs. Stir together all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add to banana mixture, mix well. Fold in carrots. Spoon batter into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake in preheated oven at 350° F for 45-50 minutes or until done.
