But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure: then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. ~ James 3:17
The wisdom written about here is a gift from God, not something that we can attain on our own. Only this wisdom will have the characteristics described in this verse. This is a test we can use both on the "wisdom" we hear from others and the "wisdom" we sometimes think we have.
