1 lb ground beef
1 1/2 cups rice
3 cups water
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 onion, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for one hour, or until rice is tender and meat is cooked through.
Serve with a sprinkle or two of soy sauce and topped with chow mein noodles if desired.
