Our breakfasts are typically cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit and/or juice and Amanda fixes simple lunches during the week so this menu is mostly dinners.

MONDAY - Lasagna Roll Ups, Salad, Pineapple
TUESDAY - Split Pea Soup w/Bacon, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Fruit
WEDNESDAY - Dinner at Church
THURSDAY - Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas, Corn, Salad
FRIDAY - Main Dish from my sister, veggies and dip, Fruit, Bread
SATURDAY - Broccoli, Bacon, Cheese and Egg Bake, Fruit, Toast
