Learn all you can from the mistakes of others. You won't have time to make them all yourself. ~ Alfred Sheinwold
Never shrink from learning from those who have traveled before you. There is no reason to have to reinvent the wheel, or make mistakes others have already made, learned from and shared. Make sure your advisors are well grounded, and not advising from a place of fear but of wisdom. Godly advisors can save you years of making mistakes that will keep you from the best God has for you.
Let the wise listen and add to their learning,
and let the discerning get guidance.
Proverbs 1:5
Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.
Proverbs 15:22
