Amanda and I wanted macaroni for dinner yesterday but we were also in the mood for something with a bit of a pizza flavor. We put this together and really enjoyed it. So I thought I would share it here.
1 pound ground beef
6 oz pepperoni, cut in quarters
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 small onion
1 26 oz jar garlic and onion pasta sauce
1 14 oz jar pizza sauce
1 lb processed cheese food cubed (Velveeta, etc.)
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Brown the ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium high heat, set aside. Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
In a seperate bowl mix the pasta sauce, pizza sauce and cheese, and pepperoni pieces. Add the ground beef and onions, and macaroni. Add salt and pepper. Mix together.
Bake in a 9x13 inch baking dish for approximately 30 minutes.

This sounds good, I will try it.
