Amanda made us something special this morning - homemade poptarts! She used this Homemade Healthy Poptarts recipe from Heavenly Homemakers with just a few changes. We didn't have enough whole wheat flour so she used what we had and then used white flour for the rest. And instead of plain yogurt she used vanilla yogurt. The kids are going to have them for snack this afternoon but I already tasted one and they are very good. It's definitely going on our list of new recipes to make again.
